I didn't know what to do but when I made the call, Mr. McNally and his staff were so good at putting me at ease, they were always available and patient with me when I called, which was often, and I was VERY pleased with the outcome. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was in a state of panic when it happened! I was so relieved and glad I have talked to Mr. McNally. He thoroughly explained everything. After I expressed my desire and intention to hire his firm, he sent an investigator to work with me. The investigator was extremely thorough, pleasant to deal with. It made me feel that I had someone on my side. It was bad enough I was in pain. I was glad someone took over and took care of the bills for me. The result was very comforting. I live in Houston, but the accident happened in Los Angeles, I was referred to this law firm by a friend of mine whose personal injury case was settled nicely. I was impressed by the attorney and his staff's attentiveness. If you believe that there are no lawyers left who actually care, well I encourage you to rethink that position. Mr. McNally was understanding, extremely timely in returning my phone calls and emails, professional and knowledgeable. The paralegal, Angie, I remembered, patiently answered my questions every time I called in. When it came time for him to present to the judge, he was on it!
