- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This review is for the building / grounds only. Simply beautiful - you would think this was a statehouse instead of the city hall of a suburban city. Some of you may recognize the facade as part of the opening credits for the NBC sitcom "Parks & Rec" . To the right of the entrance, there is a statue commemorating Jackie Robinson and his brother, both Pasadena natives. Walk inside the building to see the central rose garden.
