- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★When leaving a bar with friends, we were followed by some undercover police car, which pulled us over and did a field sobriety test on us. As it turns out, they had check points set up during this week and they must have been trying to meet arrest quotas because the police were hunting for DUI drivers. I ended up in a difficult position as far the process is concerned, and there were many flaws in the way in which the officers conducted the stop and the test. David Chesley was previously recommended by a friend, and he received my emergency call at one in the morning via cellphone. David was kind, well-mannered, and readily available throughout the case. He knew how to the game was played and he served my interests well. What started out as a boggled arrest ended up with my case being dismissed- no charges.
